INSPIRE YOUR SONS PROJECT

INSPIRED BOY = EMPOWERED BOY

Inspire Your Sons Project aims to fill a gap in social support and affirming spaces for boys at critical life phases when they are forming identities and learning to cope with numerous stressors that put them at risk for depression, anxiety, and suicidal ideation. We inspire sons in grades K-12 to have proper etiquette in fine dinning, how to become gentleman, build confidence and build leadership skills.

Our social-emotional and healthy sexuality learning programs are trauma-informed and align with expert-recommended strategies to support the mental, emotional, and physical well-being of girls as they navigate the journey from adolescence to adulthood. Our target population are boys with incarcerated parents, boys that are in the foster/adoptive care system, and boys that are being bullied with because of body shaming(weight challenges).

INSPIRE YOUR SONS PROJECT IS A COMPREHENSIVE MENTORSHIP PROGRAM

Our program is designed to help all boys feel confident, inspired, empowered, and ready to lead. Our program covers a wide range of topics, including diversity & inclusion, body image, and relationships.
